Native App vs. Web Browser
The pedro4d Android app offers offline account cache (your recent bets and balance are accessible even without internet), push notifications for market updates and withdrawal confirmations, and faster table loading because assets are stored locally. The web version (accessible on any iOS device or desktop browser) provides the same functionality without installation and requires no device permissions.
Choose the app if you want notifications and faster performance; choose the web interface if you prefer no installation or use iOS. Both connect to the same account, so your balance and bet history sync instantly across devices.
Supported Devices
Our pedro4d app requires Android 7.0 or later (released in 2016); most devices manufactured after 2017 are compatible. The iOS web app works on iOS 12.0 and later (iPhone 6s or newer). We support all modern browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and mobile. Screen sizes range from 4.5 inches (small phones) to 6.7 inches (large phones) and tablets; we optimize the layout for each.
Common Installation Issues
If your Android device blocks the APK installation, ensure "Unknown Sources" is enabled in Settings → Security. Some devices require you to trust our certificate; a prompt appears during installation—tap "Install" to proceed. If the app crashes on startup, clear your device cache (Settings → Apps → pedro4d → Storage → Clear Cache) and restart. For iOS users unable to add our web app to the home screen, ensure you are using Safari and tap "Add to Home Screen" from the Share menu. If the web app freezes during live-dealer streaming, refresh the page or check your internet connection speed—we recommend at least 2 Mbps for HD streaming.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
The pedro4d app requests permission to access your camera (for account-verification photo uploads during Idul Fitri or Idul Adha bonus periods), contacts (optional, for two-factor authentication via SMS), and location (for jurisdiction verification). We encrypt all data in transit using TLS 1.3 and store sensitive information (passwords, payment details) in encrypted device storage. Your account is further protected by optional two-factor authentication; we recommend enabling it. We never sell user data to third parties. Payment processors (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) handle their own data according to their privacy policies.
